We really appreciate everyone who has taken pride in beautifying there home. Our yard of the month is well underway and we have awarded two residents with $50.00 Loews gift-cards as a token of our appreciation for there hard work.

Happy May Day!

It’s May 1st and currently it’s 88 degrees in Kyle, Texas. We are so thankful for the rain that we have received but we do need some more to continue to have our lawns flourish. We would like for our residents to keep up with their lawns on a weekly basis. Starting early will help delay the grass from dying quickly. We awarded the first yard of the month winner today and would like to thank the Duhon Family for their effort in making their lawn stand out.  It’s a beautiful time of year and we really want our community to stand out.

*Reminder* we still have spaces available and homes for rent. If you know of any friends or family that is looking to relocate; have them come by the office and grab an application. Resident referrals will receive $200 off rent!
