  1. This property is deplorable. The office manager can never seem to bring herself out of the office to see the issues that are going on in the park, then again she can't get the office open on time. This is not a community it is just a park.

The trash that liters the neighborhood has been getting progressively worse and the lack of rules and regulations has caused complete decay.

A new office manager was brought in a few years back who swore to make it a better place; to no avail. The owner of the property, when addressed, is obviously embarrassed about the condition but he refuses to make necessary personnel changes to fix the issue. He replaced the previous manager due to negligence and incompetence but has put up with the same from the new manager.

We have been trying to still our property to get out of this neighborhood but with the current condition of the park my home is worthless.

  2. On Bluebonnet Bulletin Volume 5, Issue 09 from September 2014 it came something interesting, more likely a joke! "We want to remind you to water your yard under the house on your designated days to keep the ground from spiltting and shifting". Let me ask you a question, with the ridiculous charges you are charging us in water consuming, DO you think we will waste water doing that? Just think about it! What a joke
