This property is deplorable. The office manager can never seem to bring herself out of the office to see the issues that are going on in the park, then again she can't get the office open on time. This is not a community it is just a park.
The trash that liters the neighborhood has been getting progressively worse and the lack of rules and regulations has caused complete decay.
A new office manager was brought in a few years back who swore to make it a better place; to no avail. The owner of the property, when addressed, is obviously embarrassed about the condition but he refuses to make necessary personnel changes to fix the issue.
We have been trying to sell our property to get out of this neighborhood but with the current condition of the park my home is worthless.
